Job Description:Responsibilities: All non-academic positions like Facilities Operations & amp amp Maintenance (School Bus, Hostel etc), Accounts, Infrastructure Maintenance, Accounts and HR would report to GM Administration. Basic knowledge of Administration function and adaptability over multifarious areas, planning and coordination between several departments are the critical success factors for the position. Specific responsibilities: HR comprises of recruitment' s, staff training and employee policies, statutory processes, marketing and admissions. Finance constitutes accounting, auditing and budgeting, strategic planning. Infrastructure purchase and management mainly comprises vehicles, IT, and academic assets. Operation and maintenance entails overseeing building maintenance, estate management, contract staff (security, housekeeping, catering, and drivers), logistics.
