Job Description:Key Responsibilities : Wholly responsible for leading and increasing the capability of the RMESI HR and HR shared services and for recruiting and developing high performing resources, which will make RMESI a compelling, option for the whole of the RM Group. Deliver operational excellence ensuring robust processes and systems are in place. Devise and lead appropriate business change and transformation, demonstrating sound commercial judgement and strong stakeholder engagement. Develop the capability of functional heads and their staff motivate them in the pursuit of RMs goals. Stakeholder relationships - be a valued senior manager across the Group. Ensuring that appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are agreed, communicated and met, with interventions made where performance shows signs of deteriorating. Member of the Indian senior management team - valued member of the ESI SMT team. Accountable for the choice of processes, working practices and cultural environment, which underpin the organisations success. Responsible for achieving and maintaining appropriate International standards. Developing and implementing HR Policies and Procedures related to Talent Acquisition, Career Management, Performance Management, Competency Management, Reward Management Training and Development and Corporate Communications. Develop strategies and company policies to attract, retain and motivate key employees. Knowledge of Human Resources Planning/ HR Budgeting (Forecasting). HR Systems roll out and best practices in the industry. Streamline, manage and ensure recruitment in medium to large organisations. Roll out new processes, initiatives to refine existing ones to better the manning status on a continuous basis. Minimum Qualification and Experience : Should be a graduate with 12 to 15 years of experience in HR with progressive leadership skills. Mandatory Skills : Demonstrate ability in Talent Acquisition and Management practices in medium to large organisations. Experience in working with US/UK or European stakeholders in the past. Exposure to HR Shared Services model and best practices. Experience related to implementing improvement projects with good examples of the importance of the role they played in the exercise. Experience in Performance Management System like implementation of Performance Management system, process compliance, Training Needs Analysis, Performance Improvement Plans, etc. Hands on Experience in HR Operations like Employee / Compensation data analysis, payroll interface, Exit interview and analysis, Attrition reporting, etc. Experience in Employee Relations like grievance handling, employee meetings, employee communication, etc. Exposure to Developmental HR areas like competency framework, talent management, rewards & recognitions, diagnostic studies, etc. Experience of negotiating with and managing suppliers to get the best terms and performance. Overall, this person must be comfortable with the process of continuous improvement and the resulting challenges of change, which result. Experience to steer solutions and conflicts of priorities without full authority to mandate approaches. Good experience in compensation and benefits. Experience working with IT industry. Desired Skills: Certification in Lean Six Sigma. Competency Requirement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle customer escalations and customer feedback. Demonstrate a real passion for continuous improvement. Good planning and organisational skills, numerate with the capability of both being a source of ideas and being able to action them. Business champion who balances the needs to the shareholder, with the customer and with the employee. Makes high quality decisions within necessary timescales through evaluation of relevant data, considering options and reaching unbiased logical conclusions. Prepared and interested to understand the detail whilst maintaining a strategic overview. Ability to guide, facilitate, challenge and empower the debate of critical issues, leveraging all peer and team members skills and knowledge to achieve consensus and deliver results. Strong manager and inspirational leader of people. Champion of creating opportunity for people to develop and progress. Demonstrable drive, energy and passion with an appetite for change and experience of successfully leading change. This person must be a team player who is able to bring in new ideas, and deliver them.
